Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Snuggs account or contact our customer support team via WhatsApp to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are unwashed and free of any signs of wear; our team will verify the condition of the garments upon arrival at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Courier Pickup

  Once approved, we will dispatch a courier to your doorstep within 3-5 business days to collect the package from your preferred address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After processing, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as a store credit voucher within 7-10 working days.
